The ICE Model Dimensions include Leaders as change agents, Shared work values and Motivation as part of a multi-layered levels of analysis study. This book also provides background information about national culture in countries of the Middle East and implications for Multi-National Companies (MNCs) investing in the MENA region. This research received national and international awards.
